Horus · about
Built for the people who run the day.
Operations software for drop zones — designed around how a drop zone actually works, not how a generic booking platform thinks it does.
Why we exist
The tools operators rely on weren't built for them.
Most drop zones run on a combination of tools that weren't designed for the job: ticketing platforms built for concerts, spreadsheets for instructor payouts, a whiteboard for the load board. It works until the day gets busy.
We built Horus because operators deserve software built around their workflow — where the manifest is the center of gravity, instructor payouts come from the load board, and the TV board updates the moment anything changes.
How we work
Operators first
Every feature ships because an operator needed it — not because it looked good in a demo.
One stack
No integrations to maintain, no plugins to break. One product that covers the whole day.
Hands-on onboarding
Every new drop zone gets a real person walking them through setup. We stay involved until the team is comfortable.
