Acceptance

By accessing or using Horus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the product. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

The service

Horus provides operations software for skydiving drop zones, including manifesting, instructor tooling, financials, a live TV board, logbook, and operations dashboard. We may update the product over time to improve it — we'll communicate meaningful changes in advance.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share account access with people outside your team. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@flyhorus.com.

Your data

You own your operational data — jump records, instructor information, financials, logbook entries. Horus stores and processes it on your behalf to run the platform. You can export or delete your data at any time. We never claim ownership of your data.

Payment

Pricing and payment terms are set in your service agreement with Horus. You agree to pay fees as described there. Horus reserves the right to suspend access for non-payment with reasonable advance notice.

Limitation of liability

Horus is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the product after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
