Privacy Policy.

We keep it simple: your data stays yours, we use it only to run the product, and we don't sell it.

Last updated: May 2026

What we collect

We collect information you give us when you set up an account — your name, email address, and drop zone name. We also store the operational data your team enters: jump manifests, instructor records, financial transactions, and logbook entries. We collect basic usage data (which features you use, session length) to improve the product.

How we use it

We use your data to run Horus and to communicate with you about your account or material product changes. We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build profiles on your customers.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising platforms. We do not use your operational data — jump records, instructor payouts, financial transactions — for any purpose other than running your instance of Horus.

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized Horus personnel. We use industry-standard infrastructure and follow responsible disclosure practices. If there is ever a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, corrections to inaccurate information, or deletion of your account and associated records at any time. Email us at hello@flyhorus.com and we'll respond within five business days.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify account holders by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
