Delete Your Data.

You can permanently delete your Horus account and all associated personal data directly within the app.

How to delete your account

    Open the side menu

    Launch Horus and tap the menu icon to open the navigation drawer.

    Tap "Delete account"

    Scroll down in the menu and tap the Delete account option.

    Confirm the action

    A confirmation dialog will appear asking "Are you sure to delete your account?" — tap Yes to proceed.

    Done

    Your account and all associated personal data are immediately and permanently removed from our servers.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, weight), emergency contact details, skydiving license numbers and credentials, jump history, logbook entries, and all other personal data associated with your account.

This action cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Horus again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot access your account to delete it through the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at fredy.martinez@techminds.com.co. Please include the email address associated with your account and we will process your request within 30 days.
